Very well situated, the nearest entrance to the sea is within 5 minutes of walk. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Private parking is also a plus. AC in each room works well.
My room has a terrace in ground floor, accessible from the yard by basically anyone. That means no place to have your stuff from the beach dry out, unless you are willing to take a risk of stuff to disappear. Even though it is not visible from street, I did not feel like trying it. As a result, this one room basically does not have a terrace/ balcony. Other rooms have normal terraces/ balconies accessible from the room.
WiFi signal was good as well as coverage, however it was useless. Nothing will launch, nothing will load, nothing will work. It is just WAY too slow.

The property is essentially a brand new building..or so it looks like. The room was small but newly furnished and it had aircon and small fridge which was all we asked for at this price level. Balcony was super big with great view of the mountains. Everything was nice and clean, towels, toilet paper all ready at arrival. We preferred to drive to the beach in Starigrad but there is a closer one in short walking distance. Small convenience store was 2 min drive away. Overall it was a perfect deal considered the very favourable price. I’m rating this high mostly due to the price/value ratio because you really get a lot for the money.
If I had to pick it would be the mattress but that’s because it was very soft and I’m used to sleeping on hard ones.
