The apartment hotel is right in the middle of the old town. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and well appointed.
While not an issue for us guests should know that there are lots of stairs to climb in order reach building and to get into the rooms.
Our rooms did have little natural light, no views but were facing wall across the Allee.
