the place is really spacious with an amazing terrace, right in the middle of the old town.
the staff was responsive, helpful and friendly.
the property needs some refreshment.
the second shower is broken, there are signs of leaks on the ceiling, etc.
with cosmetic refurbishment it would be a real pearl.

beautiful property, would be even nicer in summer! the third floor is awesome. Couch is supper comfy, has Netflix
the mattress was too soft, and the water pressure in the bath wasn’t strong, hard to regulate the temperature

The overall design and facilities of the suite are amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The owner is very responsive
The suite requires some maintenance and better cleaning, especially the bathrooms.
The fridge also needs cleaning.
The water pressure is low
Also there was some confusion with our kids beds, there were no blankets, but the owner resolved it on the next day
The stairway of the building is very old and dirty, but I guess there is nothing the owner can do about
