This is the 2nd time we have stayed in a condo with Island Club. We returned for the quality and location. This is not a downtown accommodation and that's such a plus! The condo was clean and appointed as described. We did not need to do our own cleaning before feeling comfortable. The smoke alarms work- as we found out from preparind dinner (another plus to a condo over a hotel room!) The beds were comfortable. There's no need to be hesitant to sit on the living room furniture because this isn't the party scene, as they have a strict policy of what types of groups are on property. For that reason, the pool was clean and there was the opportunity for all guests to enjoy- families with small children included. Plan time to take advantage of the lake-side deck. With the lapping of the waves you can close your eyes and be in any waterfront destination! We will be back!

Overall our stay here was nice. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the condo was nicely equipped. There was a mix up w our golf cart upon checking in which made us 30 mins late to our dinner reservation. The condo seems dated and i don’t think the cleaning team did a very good job. The walls/light switches/door handles and doors are filthy. Our bathroom didn’t seem clean as there was what appeared to be smeared chocolate on bathroom floor in a wrapper when we first moved in. The floors in the condo are extremely filthy. My feet were black after just walking around barefoot for a short while. All in all i enjoyed my stay but i think you need a new cleaning service.
