Built in 2018, this architect's house is made up of 3 volumes.
Located 400 m from the main beach of Pénestin and specially designed for the holidays, it offers 2 main areas: a day area and a night area connected by a passage.
The day area includes a living room, an open kitchen with access to a patio, a laundry area, a WC.
The sleeping area is made up of:
On the ground floor:
- a bedroom with double bed 160 * 200 with its bathroom and a dressing area, as well as access to the terrace and the garden.
- a bathroom (shower, basin, WC)
- a dormitory with 4 bunk beds with access to the patio
Upstairs :
- a space with a double bed 140 * 200
- a space with 2 single beds 90 * 190

Barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs…

We, 2 families, stayed for a week. The house is very modern with an untypical layout. It has everything you need to have a nice vacation. It’s on the smaller side though.
The garden is spacious and good for kids to play in.
Overall we enjoyed the stay in this holiday home.

Das Objekt ist 100 prozentig zu empfehlen: Sehr sauber mit toller Raumaufteilung, Grill im Garten. Es gibt keinen Ferneseher, was aber im Urlaub auch nicht unbedingt notwendig ist. WLAN vorhanden. Toller Strand in der Nähe.
