Echt een perfect huis om met de familie vakantie te vieren. Het huis is ruim opgezet met voldoende ruimt om binnen en buiten te zitten. Op de foto's ziet er het misschien wat gedateerd uit, maar alles is goed onderhouden en super netjes. Toppunt was wel het verwarmde zwembad. Eigenaren zijn ook super attent en reageren snel op vragen.

Comfortable and spacious villa with excellent facilities in a quiet neighbourhood a short drive from the airport and the coast. Plenty of space for family meals in the dining area - which has its own bar - and the patio. Well kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool. Ten of us - grandparents, parents and children - had a marvellous week. Muchas gracias Fermin!

We stayed at Villa Peralta as a group of 8 family members for 11 nights; our group covered three generations ranging from 18-80. The whole place really was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, very big, full of everything you need (dishes, cups, cooking tools etc), and well maintained.
The layout consists of three bedrooms and shower/toilet on the second floor, a kitchen, toilet, bar/social room and a lounge on the first, and a self contained apartment on the ground floor (made up of a kitchen, shower/toilet, large lounge and two bedrooms). There was air conditioning throughout.
The seniors in our group stayed in the ground floor apartment and said it was great to have their own space. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was ample for some basic tea/coffee making and food preparation.
The upstairs rooms were much the same, with a particular highlight being the main kitchen which was very well equipped and easy to use. The bar room was a favourite with the family, as it had a large table (and disco ball!), and was air conditioned - so was a great gathering location when you wanted to escape the heat for a little.
The pool was exceptional; it was very clean, big enough for the whole group, and benefitted from the sun the whole day. We paid extra for the water to be heated and it made a huge different (removing the shock of getting in for the first time each day). The surrounding gardens were immaculate.
It’s not easy to explain how great the view is from the whole house - it overlooks a valley with hills in the difference. It was like a painting - especially during sunrise and sunset. The villa overlooks the flight paths for Malaga airport but we weren’t once interrupted by airplanes. We actually enjoyed watching them take off/land.
The best thing about this property is the host - Fermin reached out to me minutes after making the booking last year.
