Sijainti on erinomainen; melko lähellä hiihtokeskusta, mutta silti rauhallinen. Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Vaatteiden kuivauskaapista plussaa. Asunto on hyvin kompakti; neljä sopuisaa aikuista mahtui hyvin, mutta suuremmalle määrälle ei olisi ollut tilaa.
Paikoin pölyinen, takkapuut osin kosteat (hain lisäpuita toisaalta), parvekkeelle menevät raput voivat olla jollekin haasteelliset.

Siisteys ei ollut toivotulla tasolla. Paistinpannu oli surkea ja wc-pöntön kansi lähes irti.
