About this villa rental
Very calm house, with the neat decoration, with all the comfort,
It is located in a private property independent of the villa owners on a plot of 3000m2 and has a terrace not overlooked among the olive trees, near the village of Cassis and beaches (15 min walk), in a postcard frame facing the sea with a dazzling view of the Cap Canaille and the Massif des Calanques.
After crossing a path full of bougainvillea, olive trees and cypresses you can park a car in a reserved area, in front of the private gate that leads to your house. We cross then a raised garden, a hut for the children, a swing and a ground of petanque to arrive on a beautiful terrace in the shade of the canisses. Chairs, outdoor sofas, small round table: everything is done to bask and enjoy the calm of the place.

Very nice house located in a quiet area, about 10-15 minutes from Cassis port and beach.
The house and terrace is separated from the owners' house and hidden from views.
Owners are nice, friendly and helpful! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Das Mietobjekt entspricht exakt der Anzeigen-Foto-Darstellung!
Es gibt auf der Terrasse 'zahlreiche' (9!!) Sitzmöglichkeiten. Aber man möchte auch gerne einmal, insbes. bei höheren Temperaturen eine Liege-Möglichkeit wahrnehmen, im Schatten unter den zahlreichen Olivenbäumen, das ist leider nicht möglich, da flache Liegen nicht vorhanden sind, lediglich 2 rel. unbequeme niedrige Sitzstühle. Desweiteren steht einem der nahe gelegene Pool, auch bei ca. 30°+ nicht zur Verfügung 🤥 schade. Ansonsten ist die Lage ein wenig oberhalb von Cassis (ca. 10 Min. zum Ort), ruhig! Der Blick geht ins Grüne und auf einen mit Bambusmatten verkleideten Zaun. Der Bouleplatz auf dem Grundstück darf genutzt werden!
