Our development is a wonderful enclave of peace and tranquility set in the hills amidst lush greenery and running waters, and yet it is only 5 minutes’ drive to the nearest sandy beaches and 10 minutes from the busy towns of San Pedro and the Port town of Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella.
As Europe and Spain gradually re-opens for travel as restrictions ease, we have launched our new cleaning and disinfection program, as we welcome guests back. Our new cleaning and disinfection program includes rigorous enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols that address the new normal and give consumers the confidence they need to visit us again. We taking cleanliness and hygiene to a whole new level, and we are proud to have a long-standing reputation for high standards of cleanliness.”
Our apartment is meant for outdoor living - yet nothing has been spared on the interiors. A beautiful lounge and dining area, with patio doors leading out to the terrace. A fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and equipped with everything you require during your stay. Marble floors throughout, air conditioning for the summer and heating for cooler months. The bedrooms are equally as appealing with beautiful en suite bathrooms [memory foam mattresses] .
Only 45 min from Malaga airport our stunning two-bedroom apartment will provides you with a luxurious and comfortable holiday home. It has superb recreational and sport facilities but is still within easy striking distance of the many excellent shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. The location between the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and the bottom of the mountain ridge of Sierra Berneja, puts Parque Botanico in close proximity to many beautiful beaches.
Parque Botánico has beautiful outdoor pools with safe children’s paddling areas, as well as an indoor Olympic size heated pool. The indoor pool makes Parque Botánico a perfect destination if you are travelling during the cooler months. The spa offers the ideal setting in which to relax and unwind during your stay. featuring ; Sauna, steam room and a large Jacuzzi overlooking the out-door pool area.
The mountains surrounding Parque Botánico offers great hiking possibilities. There are options for anyone, from those just looking for a fifteen-minute stroll in the sun to the more adventurous interested in daytrips and steep hills.

Fijne ervaring in uniek appartementen gebouw. Goede voorzieningen en mooie omgeving. Aanrader!

El apartamento es muy confortable, muy bien equipado y decorado con gusto. Es fresco, aunque el aire de todas las habitaciones funcionó correctamente cuando se ha necesitado. La terraza es estupenda y se tiene acceso a ella desde las dos habitaciones, cocina y salón; además con vistas a la colina de monte bajo, lo que da total intimidad. La urbanización está apartada pero a tiro en coche de 5 a 20 min de las playas (Marbella está a 15-20 km, la playa de El Saladillo está a 5 min...). La urbanización --fuimos ahora en agosto-- estaba ocupada al 20%, muy tranquila y con sensación de seguridad; las piscinas son estupendas, con tumbonas disponibles casi siempre.
En definitiva, un apartamento en zona apartada y tranquila, pero a 5 minutos en coche de restaurantes y supermercados. Tranquilidad total en la urbanización.
La propietaria estaba disponible aunque todo funcionó bien. Muy bien de limpieza.

Wederom enorm genoten van onze vakantie op Parque Botanico. Ook vorig jaar zijn wij hier geweest en hebben gelogeerd in dit zeer complete en ook super schone appartement. Het heeft ook een ruim terras waar je s morgens heerlijk kunt ontbijten en je kopje koffie doen. Ook op het resort zelf is van alles aanwezig om te sporten of te ontspannen en in de omgeving zijn leuke steden zoals Estepona Marbella en Fuengirola. Een vakantie op deze plek is zeer aan te raden. Heerlijk dit Spaanse leven. Relaxt en goedkoop.
