About this house rental
Welcome to Wilson Lodge and beautiful Heber Springs, AR. We are nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains and home to our 40,000 acre Greers Ferry Lake and the world famous Little Red River. Wilson Lodge is a hand built log house nestled in the the seclusion of a 450 acre farm. The Log cabin is a 1330 square feet hand-built cabin with a wrap-around covered porch to enjoy the beautiful surrounding scenery. We provide all bed, bath and kitchen linens. The lower level includes an open beam design with a spacious living room and dining room with a wood burning stove, a full kitchen with all kitchen appliances and utensils, a full bath with a shower and laundry facilities. The upper level includes 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a garden tub. The Lodge comfortably sleeps 7. Bedroom #1 - a full size bed with a twin bunk bed on top, Bedroom #2 and #3 - two twin size beds. The property has a horse shoe pit, outdoor seating, picnic area, fire pit with wood and a large shaded yard with plenty of parking for cars and boats. We are within 10 miles of several access points to Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River. For the horse enthusiast we offer trail rides on a limited availability. For the hunter and fisher we have white tail hunts and fishing available on the property.

The cabin was beautiful, with plenty of room for my whole family (3 adults and 5 kids), and it was quiet with lots of privacy. I will say that i wish the grass had been a little shorter, as it made ticks a problem but that was minor. I wish the pond had been a bit cut back as i didnt feel comfortable letting the kids fish with waist high grass, but that did not change our vacation fun much. All in all a great stay and i would stay there again! Comfortable beds, a large kitchen and nice ac!
