Die Lage ist einfach grandios! Man hat direkten Zugang zum See und ist in etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig in Garda. Das Anwesen ist fast schon parkähnlich, richtig toll. Wir hatten eine der Kellerwohnungen gebucht und sie war erstaunlich gut ausgestattet und rundum modernisiert. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht.
Die Sitzgarnitur vor der Türe zum außen sitzen könnte evtl mal erneuert werden und bessere Außenbeleuchtung wäre sehr hilfreich, vor dem Eingang der Wohnung aber auch vom Autoparkplatz bis zur Wohnung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung Elena, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine, tolle Lage auf einem riesigen Seegrundstück mit direktem Zugang zum See, praktisch um die Ecke am Seeufer eine tolle Bar mit Restaurant und Seeterasse. Ja, das Haus liegt an der Straße und draußen hört man den Verkehr, aber so ist das nun mal in dieser Gegend am Gardasee

Die Lagedirekt am See mit diesem wunderschönen parkähnlichen Garten ist ein Traum. Es steht für einen PKW ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
Leider ist es durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße die oberhalb des Hauses liegt sehr laut. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes gab es leider ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem was sich durch einen unangenehmen modrigen Geruch und Schimmelbildung im Badezimmer bemerkbar machte. Größe des Apartments ist ideal für zwei Personen.
