A Retreat From The City - The Little Farmhouse

Cozy house situated in a beautiful farm with mountains in backdrop. We loved the location and was very peaceful. The children enjoyed playing with the sheep and goats. So much fun. The house was very clean and lots of bedding n towels to use. Our stay was very comfortable. The Lithia park is a must see.. and just a short drive.

My friend & I had a lovely stay here while visiting OSF. The home in the country, located on a working farm, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the bedding and towels were very nice, and there are lots of places to hang - both inside and out. There’s a full kitchen, with a keurig, lots of coffee pods, and many tea options. We only used the kitchen for a light breakfast each day, so can’t comment on the pans, etc. The house was spotless and the cleaning tasks when leaving were pretty simple. We only had a couple of very small issues that didn’t really affect the quality of our stay. The property has several buildings & the directions to the correct building were not quite accurate, so needs to be updated in the owners instructions. The e-locks are self-locking, but only if you don’t touch them, which wasn’t really explained, and once you’re inside, it’s impossible to tell if the doors are locked or not. The shower was fine, but it’s hard to get it set to a temp above lukewarm - found that it was best to turn the hot on full, with the cold barely on at all. As mentioned before, these were all minor things that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again in the future.
