The Lavanda Apartment is located in a panoramic and quiet position in Riva di Solto, a splendid village on the western shore of Lake Iseo, in a delightful residence with swimming pool.
The property, recently renovated, is characterized by a spacious and bright living area with access to the garden and breathtaking views of Lake Iseo. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The living area is equipped with a wooden table with six seats, a double sofa bed and a TV.
The Lavanda apartment also has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The Lavanda apartment is completed by a splendid garden overlooking the lake, where you can sunbathe and relax, equipped with deckchairs and a barbecue.
HOUSE RULES
Animals are not allowed.
The tourist tax is not included and will have to be paid at check-in.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00.
Early / late check-ins and check-outs will be granted based on the availability of the property and upon acceptance (a supplement may be required).
The request must be received at least 24 hours before check-in.
If the guest does not show up before 18:00 and a late check-in is not granted, the reservation will be marked as "no Show".
Upon check-in a security deposit of 100 euros in cash will be required, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 7 working days of check-out, after checking the condition of the property.
If the property is released particularly dirty, part of the security deposit may be retained.

This was excellent. I was considering making a lousy review so we could have this fantastic place for ourselves, but that wouldn’t be fair to Roberta.
It is a perfect place for vacation, and I can’t see how it could be better. The view, the apartment, the pool, the great restaurants in town, the outside kitchen, all of it was fantastic.
The few issues we had, Roberta solved super fast and professional.
We will come back as soon as possible.
