modern, looks nice (as per the photos), nice pool and outside space, nice room, staff was nice
it's in a calm location outside of Sorrento - so you want to make sure that' where you want to stay (we knew and booked knowing it was not Sorrento)
- it shows as having a car park on the website, but it's not their car park and it is charged separately (we didn't use it and parked in the street).
Minor ones:
- there was no key to close the window leading to the balcony - while unlikely for someone to climb to that first floor, it doesn't give you a full sense of safety.
- the pool was cold

Le personnel (Martina, Alssandro et Fabio) sont vraiment aux petits soins. Un vrai plaisir d’être accueilli et accompagnée par eux tout au long de notre séjour. Martina a été de tres bon conseils pour les restaurants aux alentours, elle nous a rendu service le dernier jour en nous laissant profiter de la piscine sans la chambre. Alessandro nous a organiser notre massage et s’est soucié de comment il s’était passé, etc.
La wifi de la chambre et à l’accueil qui n’a jamais fonctionné. Même si nous étions en déconnexion ce n’était pas pratique pour prévoir nos sorties de la journée.
Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de navette de l’hôtel jusqu’à Sorrento ou jusqu’aux plages.
Le fait que le petit déjeuné n’ai pas beaucoup de choix avec des produits de Sorrento ou de la région. Mettre plus de choix continental aussi, ainsi qu’un horaire de fin de restauration plus tardif que 9h30, car en vacances c’est quand même tôt.

La posizione, necessario spostarsi in macchina (dista circa 15min dal centro di sorrento mentre a piedi si arriva in 45min)

Property was nice, could do with a little bit of modernising but was ok for the money we paid.
It was a little far out from the main square but once we found it, was ok to get to. Think the room had good potential, but needs modernising.
