It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.
PARKING: Private parking is not available. Public parking on payment can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The location was close to great places to walk and explore. The apartment is nicely set up and modern with everything we needed. The bed and furniture were comfortable for resting and sleeping. The AC was much appreciated. The unloading of luggage was a little tricky since there’s really no place to safely pull over. The free parking was a 20 minute walk. It would have been helpful for finding the place if it was mentioned that the apartment is above Sorriso restaurant.

The apartment itself is spacious and clean. However, we booked via hotels.com and searched specifically for only places with on-site parking because we knew that was a challenge in Rovinj. The ad said that there was on-site parking however we were actually just directed to drop our things off and then go to a public parking lot 10 minutes away. Then when we were leaving, we got a parking ticket while we were packing the car with our belongings for 2 minutes. Exactly what we were hoping to avoid. Also they charged us extra for having 2 children use the available sofa bed which doesn’t make sense to me. I would recommend getting a hotel.

era tutto perfetto.......a 2 passi dal centro di Rovigno..........e 3-4 km di macchina per le spiagge Polari e Villa Rubin...non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto...
