About this chalet rental
Chalet of 250 m2 for 10 people in the residential area of PRAZ-Chamonix with terrace of 100 m2, without vis-à-vis, equipped with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Golf and offering an exceptional panorama on the entire chain of Mont Blanc. Terrace fully equipped table, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue ... Chamonix Les Praz - 3 min walk from the cable car Flégère.
Arranged on 3 levels, this very bright and comfortable chalet enjoys a position allowing you to combine the activities of skiing, golf, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, ... without using any means of transport.
Consists of an entrance hall with plenty of storage space, a laundry room, a large wellness area (3-seater sauna, 6/8 people, shower room and relaxation chairs), and 2 bedrooms with 2 convertible single beds. in double bed (180 * 200 cm) and their bathroom / shower and WC.
Upstairs, the large modern fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room (table of 12 guests) and the huge terrace, the large windows of the cottage allow you to enjoy the incredible panorama by taking your lunches inside this one and the living room with big chimney, space Tv (Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, cabinet Boose deported) and office equipped with a printer Wi-Fi.
A bedroom with double bed (140 * 200 cm) and en suite shower room, WC with washbasin, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 * 200) and its dedicated shower room.
On the top floor, the mezzanine of 25m² has 2 single beds convertible into a double bed (180 * 200 cm), a whirlpool bath, a shower room and WC.
Covered parking for 3 cars.
At your arrival, fangs are at your disposal, the beds will be prepared at your convenience, bathroom linen and welcome products at your disposal (bathrobes, towels, soap, shampoo ...) and cleaning done at the end of your stay.

The Mountain View from the deck was awesome and the convenient location was wonderful. It was very well furnished. Sauna and spa were great after a long hike or walk through town. Christian (host) and Donatella (house manager) went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and they were very responsive to our (few) inquiries. We highly recommend the ice cave tour in the glacier. It was awesome. This was a great place to enjoy the Chamonix area. Jim

Amazing chalet with views of Mont Blanc. The chalet was stunning better than actually advertised!Everything you need is supplied. Welcomed by Donatella who was available to help us throughout our stay. 30-35 minute walk to Chamonix along the river. The village has a nice bar, restaurant and little shop just around the corner from the chalet.Every member of the group that I travel with said this is the best place we have stayed in our 20 years of travelling together.

I stayed here with 4 friends in March of 2025 and we had a wonderful stay. The chalet was a short walk from the Flegere gondola and bus stop to access downtown Chamonix. The unit was very clean and quiet. The chalet appeared to be recently remodeled as the kitchen and bathrooms were quite nice. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor balcony with hot tub was absolutely massive and offered incredible views. The property manager, Donatella, reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. We would all highly recommend.

Great location; accurate description and photos. The property had everything we needed, including Crocs for "house shoes". The property was clean, including the hot tub. Views were spectacular. Walked to local market every morning for fresh pastries; then able to walk on a beautiful path along the river to dine in Chamonix.Donatella welcomed us upon our arrival, and did grocery shopping before we arrived-great selection for breakfast foods, and a hot meal with wine when we arrived that evening. We very much appreciated Christian's thoughtful gifts of fresh pastries and bread, as well as a tasty cake midway through our stay. My daughter and her family were a blown away with the entire experience. Five days of skiing on fresh snow!
