Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ with a valid photo ID, a credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a signed VHR Good Neighbor Contract

We had a wonderful time. House was great. Floors were a little dirty and definitely need some new carpet but overall wonderful house with tons of room.

The play structure in the back yard was perfect for the kids and the hot tub was just what the adults needed to unwind at the end of the day. House was beautiful and spacious, although the images made it seem slightly more spacious than it actually was. The check-in /check out process was simple and the staff was friendly. Overall great experience.
