Beautiful living room of 50 m2: large sofa, large table, stove, large kitchen two balconies overlooking the gardens and the Prorel, 2 bedrooms with double bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms with two bunk beds at right angles, 1 large bathroom, two toilets, 1 mezzanine with a sofa bed, a very large entrance closet for skis, laundry with washing machine. Closed courtyard with two parking spaces.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce bel appartement, emplacement idéal, calme et pratique. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment in Briançon for a week of skiing. It was spotless and exactly as described on the listing and photos, very spacious and could have accomodated 8 adults comfortably with space for an additional 2 on the sofa bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for 7 adults and kitchen utensils of high quality. Well located <10 min walk from the prorel gondola with shops, bakery, bars and restaurants all a short walk away. We were delayed on arrival so arrived to the apartment very late however Olivier was accomodating of this and provided the check in instructions via Vrbo. The only issue we had was with the heating system switching off and giving an error code however Olivier responded very quickly and came round to fix this the same day. We didn't receive much communication around the time of check-out however there were clear instructions in the welcome booklet so this was not a problem.

Duplex bien rénové dans maison avec 2 emplacements de garage dans cours, à 5-10 minutes à pied du départ des télécabines du Prorel. Emplacement très pratique quand on peut laisser les équipements de ski aux télécabines (Intersport dispose de consignes/casiers). OK pour 9 personnes. À noter que lit 'double' de 120 cm très mal placé sur palier de l'étage (ne pensez pas y faire dormir un enfant à cause du bruit et du passage).
Terrasse très étroite, juste pour 1-2 personnes. Correspond bien dans l'ensemble à la description faite sur le site.
