About this house rental
Directly adjacent to the landscape protection area, surrounded by apple trees and meadows, is a converted farmhouse in a wonderful quiet location 5 minutes from the town center of Wangen.
The old house was lovingly converted into a 2-storey apartment. The attic with a height of up to 5.5m was designed for a loft-like large open space with an open kitchen.
Including in the 1st Floor there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom with shower and bath. Use of the sauna can be booked on site from May.
A parlor on the ground floor can also be rented if required.
Leisure activities: hiking, mountaineering, swimming, cycling, sailing, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, ski tours
Bregenz Festival
Due to the proximity to Lake Constance, the walking Elitzer See, the mountains for hiking, the floodlit trail in Niederwangen, the proximity to the Arlberg and the Hochgrat, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful location not far from Wangen by car or foot (nice walk!). Gorgeous views from the 3rd floor windows. 3-story apartment, just as described. We had everything we needed, and then some. Kitchen is very usable. Host was super easy to communicate with, and helped us have a grill party for family one evening. Highly recommend. My husband and our two adult children had a wonderful stay. A fine place also for younger children.

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt war wieder perfekt. Tolle Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Wieder Daumen hoch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Anwesen liegt sehr schön, die Wohnung über 2 Geschosse ist gut ausgestattet und freundlich eingerichtet.
Man muss aber wissen, dass die Vermieter direkt nebenan sind und auch deren Terrasse. Als Mieter sitzt man auf dem Präsentierteller.
Wir hatten zu allem Überfluss den ganzen Tag den Lärm einer Baustelle des Vermieters um die Ohren. Darauf angesprochen, meinte die Hausherrin "wir würden ja auch kein Programm machen. Andere Gäste wären einfach unterwegs". So fühlten wir uns als Gäste nicht willkommen.
Vor dem Haus gibt es nur einen Tisch mit einer unbequemen Bank und 2 Stühlen. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach evtl. Liegestühlen, hat man uns eine Decke angeboten.
Die Küche bietet viel Geschirr, bedarf aber einer Wartung. Die Schranktüren fallen aus den Scharnieren und die Kochtöpfe und Pfannen sollten ausgetauscht werden, da sie sehr verkratzt sind.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief leider insgesamt nicht positiv. Schade um das architektonisch schöne Objekt.
