Excellent location. The property was on a quiet street but was walkable to the Clifton Suspension Bridge in one direction & the city centre in the other.As the walk was along the waterside it was lovely.
The kitchen was well equipped &the rooms were spacious.
Having only a bath & no shower available was difficult for 6 older ladies.There was also only one wc available which also was difficult for the large number of guests that the house accommodates .
The heating kept stopping & needed attention frequently to keep the house warm which was necessary for our stay in December.

Just a couple of observations:- The window blinds need a good clean as they are very dirty.
The kitchen is well equipped but needs a good clean as some of the equipment was a bit sticky and we had to wash before use and some of the mugs were chipped. Also grill rack was filthy.

comfortable beds, large bath towels, easy to use key safe, plenty of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc.
sofas uncomfortable, kitchen chairs and chair in loft room unstable
