The location is very good. Veeve staff nice, helpful and responsive.

• Deceptive Layout: While the apartment has a large floor area, the poor layout and excessive amount of the owner's personal belongings dramatically reduce usable space for tenants. • Neglected Furnishings: Most furniture is either very low quality or quite worn down. Items like tablecloths appear so old that—even if technically clean—they feel unhygienic. A few nicer pieces exist (mostly on the marketing photos) but they’re off-limits to tenants. • Multiple Design Flaws: One glaring example—the shower is positioned directly in front of a clear window overlooking the building’s interior courtyard, with multiple neighboring units facing in. There’s no frosted glass, no curtain, and zero privacy, making it an extremely uncomfortable setup. • No Evidence of Reinvestment: The condition of the unit suggests the owner puts zero rental income back into the property. It's run purely for passive profit, with no regard for tenant comfort or dignity. • Terrible Value: For the price paid, a 3-star hotel would have been cleaner, more comfortable, better maintained—and cheaper.
