About this house rental
Our super beautiful house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2016. It stands on a 550 sqm plot with a garden and a new large wooden terrace.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms a sauna and a spacious living room to relax.
The house is located in the 5 star Park Zeeland Village. The facility is specially designed for families with children and active holidaymakers.
The house is south-west facing and is equipped as follows.
Ground floor:
Living - dining area (approx. 40sqm) with a new modern kitchen.
The new kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher. Fridge,
Microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Mixer, egg cooker, and all high-quality dishes.
The utility room is adjacent to the kitchen. There is u. a. a second refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, high chair and travel cot.
Living room with comfortable bright seating area, television with cable TV and 10 German programs. Radio and CD player are also available.
Separate toilet with hand wash basin.
Bathroom with shower and sauna.
The house is used by us and is accordingly elaborately and lovingly furnished.
1 upper floor:
a bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and television
a bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together if necessary) and a large wardrobe
a bedroom with a bed (140 x 200 m) and large wardrobe
a nice bathroom with bathtub and jacuzzi
Garden:
There is a large all-round wooden terrace with two seating areas and four deck chairs and a parasol.
Of course there is also a grill and there is nothing to prevent a nice barbecue evening.
We have to collect a tourist tax which makes 2 euros per person per night and is listed as a service fee and is already included in the calculation.
A cleaning fee of 65 euros is payable on site to the administrator.
A deposit of EUR 150.00 is also collected in cash by the administrator on site and reimbursed after the house has been properly returned.
Bed linen can also be ordered and paid for from the administrator.
10 euros per laundry package

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr nett eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch dem Verwalter vor Ort war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist ganz nett. Die Fotos sind realistisch. Sauberkeit war nur ok, das könnte definitiv in allen Räumen besser sein. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, allerdings je nur 1,60 m breit und in allen Räumen sind Dachschrägen. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort, das hat gerade so gepasst, da 2 Kinder dabei waren. Mit 6 Erwachsenen wären diese Schlafzimmer für uns total ungeeignet, weil viel zu klein. Die geliehenen Handtücher waren leider nicht alle sauber. Auch bei der Bettwäsche hatte ein Bezug deutliche gelbe Flecken, alle Spannbettlaken hatten mehrere Löcher.
In Scharendijke ist wirklich gar nichts los. So einen ruhigen Ort ohne Trubel, ohne Geschäfte hatten wir nicht erwartet und waren demnach etwas enttäuscht. Es gibt sehr wenige Restaurants und einen gut sortierten Plus Supermarkt. Einen Bäcker, ein Eiscafé oder Souvenirläden haben wir nicht entdeckt.
Wir waren mit eigenen Fahrrädern dort, sind aber dann doch jeden 2. Tag mit dem Auto in die umliegenden Orte und Städte gefahren, weil im Ort selbst einfach zu wenig geboten wird.

"Nu we beiden al meer dan een jaar thuiswerken, hebben we dit huisje een week gebruikt voor een "werkvakantie".
Met goede wifi overdag werken en in de late namiddag er lekker opuit met de fiets, wande..."
