It is a lovely flat for its location: it is next door to a lovely park where you can go for a walk or run. It is about 15 minute walk to the Old Town and there is plenty of parking space nearby.
I recommend the local bakery a few minutes walk from the flat: perfect for pastries for breakfast, especially that there is a good coffee machine in the flat.
Good communication with the owner.
I would recommend this flat to anyone staying in the area.

Everything was perfect. The property has a central location right next to Marjan Park, Split Old Town, and nearby beaches. Bačvice sandy beach is also close by.
There’s even a pizzeria (Pizzeria Velo Misto) right next door highly recommended, as it serves great pizza at a fair price.
The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfectly equipped, and you can tell the hosts take great care of it — from cleaning supplies to two coffee machines with coffee pods, nothing was missing.
Anja was very friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp.

Excellent location next to beautiful Marjan park where you can walk, run and swim, but also near the city center. Very cosy apartment, comfortable bed, a nice balcony for the morning coffee or for dinner. Fully equipped kitchen. Helpful hosts. Great AC (actually two of them!). We stayed only for 3 nights but it is quite suitable for much longer stays.
