Our cozy, modern and quiet apartment with barrier-free access and walk-in shower is located in the state-approved resort of Steimel. Located near the forest and in the immediate vicinity of the 'Puderbacher Land' cycle path, you will find peace and relaxation here.
In the village and within walking distance there is a butcher's shop with everyday necessities, a doctor's office and an Italian restaurant. More shops can be reached in about 5 minutes driving distance.
Koblenz, Bonn and Cologne as well as the Rhine and Mosel can also be reached quickly and easily via the motorway, which is only 15 minutes away.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people (3 single beds in the bedroom + 1 sofa bed in the living room).
The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture.

Es war soweit fasst alles in Ordnung ausser das es Nachts ein bisschen zu kalt war da die Heitzung sich früh am Abend ausgestellt hat.
barrierefreit war auch gegeben alle gut erreichbar idial für Rohlstuhlfahrer.

Alles bestens, sehr zu empfehlen. Für Teenager nicht unbedingt die ideale Urlaubsregion, aber zum Glück sind Großstädte relativ schnell erreichbar. Für Naturliebhaber, Wanderer und alle, die Ruhe suchen, ideal gelegen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Sehr freundliche und zu vorkommende Vermieterin. Alles verlief reibungslos. Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen!

Die Schlüsselübergabe war auf Grund des Schlüsseltresors einfach und bequem. Außerdem ermöglicht das eine unkomplizierte Anreise und keine Bindung an Zeiten. Dafür ein großes Plus. Leider fanden wir es etwas kühl und die Heizung wurde nicht richtig warm. Die Wohnung war sauber und für uns ausreichend.
