My kids and I loved our room. It was spacious and very comfortable. I liked the personal touch of having my name displayed on the t.v. I liked how fully stocked the room was with essentials to cook just in case I didnt want to eat out. The bed was comfy and the room was well decorated. The entire hotel looked beautiful and very inviting upon entry. I loved the location and all of the food/entertainment options nearby.
No complaints except parking but there is an overflow lot across the road.

Staff was beyond friendly! We arrived in the middle of a snow storm they had everything shoveled and accommodated everything we needed I wish I could remember the guy at the front dress but he was great!

We have stayed at this location multiple times.
This is the first time that it was loud. We were in 314 near the street and Mexican restaurant. Loud music
This morning- there were people running on the floor above us.
On previous stays, it was quiet.
