About this house rental
Cosy Attic, perfect for your stay in Antwerp. Situated on the third floor of our house "Casa Zurenborg", in the heart of the picturesque quarter of Zurenborg. The area is unique and famous for its Art Nouveau, Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaissance architecture, full of little bars and restaurants, and at only 10 minutes on foot from the train station Antwerpen-Berchem. The place is easily connected by public transport or bike with the center and other tourist areas, and quickly reachable by car.
Our Attic/Studio of around 35 square meter is an intimate and cosy place, with original wooden roof beams. It is situated on the third floor of our house, built in neo-flemish- renaissance style with a red brick façade, and is reachable through the common internal stairway. The automatically closing and fireproof door guarantees your privacy. The room is completely furnished and well illuminated, and has a double bed with luxury comfortable mattress. Furthermore, a wooden staircase leads to a little mezzanine with a small double mattress, perfect for a child or youngster. There is a kitchen area with microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, fridge and small wash basin. Dining table with 3 chairs, and seating area with sofa. Television and free WiFi. Private bathroom with shower.
We offer a "BED and COFFEE" service, with tea, tisane, Lavazza coffee, bedlinen, towels and final cleaning included.
City tax Antwerpen of 2,97 euro per person per night is included.

Host was very accommodating and responds quickly. The space was clean and modern and quiet at night.
Note that if you have anything larger than carry on suitcase, it may not fit up the stairs well. This is a 3rd floor suite so lots of stairs.
