About this house rental
Property consisting of a main house, the Mill, and a small annex house, on a 1600 m² wooded lot, surrounded by agricultural land. Le Moulin is located 800 m from Le Havre beach, located in the municipalities of Rothéneuf and Saint-Coulomb. Round house, the Moulin Saint-Vincent is open on all sides, very bright, with lots of character and charm. The environment is very quiet, with a limited neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time staying at this converted mill. It is a charming. sweet home with great light coming in for reading . Very cozy. We made lots of great meals in the very well-equipped kitchen . It's just a very short walk to the beach which we loved. Lots of other great back roads in the area to explore on foot or with the bicycles that are there. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with especially since we had to cancel once due to COVID. We wanted a quiet getaway in a rustic, rural setting and this was it.

We stayed in the mill with two families of five. There was enough room for everyone in this special place, a former mill on top of a hill. We had a great week en enjoyed the mill, garden, weather and the area. Saint Malo is a fine city to wander around. Great beaches and nice cities around.

Séjour trés appréciable dans ce beau moulin situé dans un endroit calme et non loin de la mer.Monbreuses possibilités de balades depuis cette location en vélos ou à pied.
Commerces trés sympa dans le village de Rothéneuf à 1.2 km du moulin
Concernant les équipements de la location; le descritif du logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Nous avons profités des vélos sur place.
je vous recommande cette location.
