Contemporary design apartment for guests of high standards on aesthetics and quality. The apartment has recently been renovated from scratch for the purpose of short-term Hotel-Apt renting. The apartment consists a spacious Living Room, a Dining Area with an open plan, fully equipped, Kitchen. Two double Bedrooms, one bathroom plus an extra WC for guests. The Apartment is located in Kolonaki, one of the most prestigious, safe and well-kept areas of central Athens. It is everything one could hope for, since amenities such as Groceries (home delivery service), hair salons, nail shops, major brand shops, trendy coffee shops – bars – restaurants are all within walking distance. So is the Acropolis Parthenon and the new Museum (15min), the Old City Market (10 min), the Greek Parliament at the Central Station of Syntagma Square (7min), numerous other museums (3-5 min).

A very long and large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 extra cots/beds so ideal for large families or multiple families.
Close to all the travel attractions and in a very affluent and higher end area Kolonaki.
Communication with host is very strong and they even accommodated us as our departing flight was delayed.

Great location and easy walking distance from restaurants and the main city area. Apartment is very basic, and we had trouble getting the TV’s to work, but other than this it did what I needed for a few nights and was clean.

The apt was clean large bedrooms good mattress's, need little maintenance of door handles, faucets.

The property is located in a good neighborhood that has many restaurants, shops and bars around so there’s always something to do or find. It’s is quite spacious and has alot of amenities. I think what would make this property better is a microwave, perhaps a different couch and change of lights in the apartment. Some of the lights were flashing as they were about to die. Also there was only one wine glass available for use and maybe two pots.There is part of the shower that is rusting that needs additional work. Apart from that we had a good stay! Thank you!
