Contact free stay! - Welcome to the Meije, one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands, in the Groene Hart, 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam. Great for cycling and walking. Our comfortable two-storey guest suite in the annex building in the garden offers a living room, bedroom and private terrace.
The living room has a comfortable couch, TV, coffee maker, kettle, oven and fridge. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet and sink.
In the bedroom on the first floor you can sleep in a comfortable bed of 1.80 m by 2.20 m. We offer tasty ingredients that you can use to make breakfast when it suits you best. Enjoy!
The comfortable suite with lots of privacy is located on one of the most beautiful walking, cycling and motorbike routes in the Netherlands with a wide view of the Meijepolders. Less than a kilometer away you will find a restaurant and the Meije hiking trail next to the Nieuwkoop lakes. Amsterdam, Schiphol, The Hague, Utrecht and Rotterdam are a 30-minute drive away. The Amsterdam RAI, Jaarbeurs Utrecht and the Keukenhof are also easily accessible.
We have 2 city bikes available (1 men and 1 ladies bike). A public bus from Woerden or Bodegraven station stops four times a day in De Meije at 1 km walking distance. Parking is possible on own ground. We have a covered motorbike parking.
We are a working couple, so we wake up early on weekdays. We love meeting new people and are happy to share all the information we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you arrive after 10 p.m., open the guest suite with the key from the key safe (it is not necessary to knock).

Great stay and wonderful experience near Bodegraven. Hosts we’re kind and welcoming and quickly attended to our questions. Setting is ideal with great hiking and biking close by. Bodegraven has a train station making further travels quite easy. Apartment was 30 mins drive to Kuekenhof Gardens. Very quiet at night making sleeping a pleasure. Parking on site. Highly recommend, particularly for couples. Exceeded expectations

Alles aanwezig , voldoende broodjes etc voor het ontbijt. Helaas geen kleine kook unit.

Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber, Rose und Paul, dass wir diese Oase der Ruhe uund Abgeschiedenheit genießen durften. Mit all den Tipps und Ratschlägen konnten wir in diesen Tagen viel erleben und viele Eindrücke mitnehmen; und jeden Abend kamen wir zurück in diese Oase. Die Städte Amsterdam, Delft, Gouda, Den Haag, Rotterdam etc sind alle etwa eine halbe Stunde entfernt; somit beste Lage. Die Oase ist ein tolles Apartment in dem es an Nichts fehlt: "Macht einfach alle Schubladen auf, ihr werdet finden was ihr sucht" Zitat Rose. Dem ist so. Es ist alles da und für alles andere sind Rose und Paul da. Wir danekn für die tolle Gastfreundschaft , die Aufmerksamkeit und die Freundlichkeit. Tolle Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder.
