About this house rental
For a dream holiday: luxury villa with beautiful panorama, many terraces and cozy corners, private pool in a typical Provencal garden, beautiful garden furniture, sleeping accommodation for 10 people: 4 bedrooms with quality beds, including a studio with 4 single beds (total beds for 10 people: 2 * 180 cm, 6 * 90 cm), 3 bathrooms, all comfort, wifi, TV, DVD, table tennis. To be rented only from Sundays to Sundays.
"Coeur d'Abricot" is built on a slope at the end of a private road (no view) on a closed area of 22 ares in the Provencal style and offers you all comfort (modern interior and beds!) for a dream stay in Provence (location Z-SW):
- On the ground floor (at the same time the top floor):
o 3 rooms:
1 with double bed (180x200) and private bathroom (with shower, 2 sinks, corner bath and toilet) with terrace with panoramic view
1 with double bed (180x200), and terrace with panoramic view
1 with 2 single beds (90x200), with window on driveway

o 1 separate toilet
o 1 shower room with sink
o Living: dining room (table 10 persons); lounge with fireplace and TV (French TV channels) and CD / DVD player and radio; everything with air conditioning and with terrace and panoramic view; 4 high chairs
o Fully equipped built-in open kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric petty thief, pressure cooker, electric juicer, coffee maker… with terrace and panoramic view
o Outside on the terrace there is a teak wood table for 10 people
o Spacious parking space in front of 3 to 4 cars
o Automatic shutters or window shutters
o Very many cupboards and storage spaces
o Wifi (ADSL)
- Ground floor (only accessible via terrace stairs or garden stairs):
o Studio with 4 beds (90x200) and shower room with sink and toilet + sitting area
o covered terrace with Moroccan tiles and sitting area with ping pong table (and ping pong balls and palettes).
o Laundry room with 2 sinks, washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack.
o Gas BBQ
o Badminton missiles and petanque balls available
- Swimming pool level:
o Heated built-in swimming pool 4x7m, 1.50m deep everywhere with regulatory security badge and outdoor shower
o covered summer pergola
o deck chairs, chairs and umbrellas
o beautifully landscaped provencal garden with breathtaking view
The villa "Coeur d'Abricot" is only rented per week, from Sunday to Sunday.
Pets are not allowed and smoking inside is strictly prohibited. There is a mandatory final cleaning of 150 euros. Sheets are also mandatory (15 euros / week for a double bed and 10 euros for a single bed. Towels (2 small and 1 large bath towel) resp. swimming towels (1 small and 1 beach towel) are also available for resp. 5 euros per person / week (both optional). A kitchen set (3 kitchen towels, 2 normal towels, dish rag, sponge, dishwasher product, dirt bags….) Is provided free of charge.

The house is set on a hillside in wooded surroundings only a 10 minute walk to the bridge into the town of Nyons. It was a very convenient base for us as we were visiting a family member who lives in Nyons. The house had all the necessary equipment and resources to make our stay a very comfortable one.
The only downside for us was pillows and toilet paper need to be provided, Two of the steps down to the pool are in need of repair or replacement so care needed to be taken on them. However, we would certainly be looking to book the house again for future stays, thank you very much!
