About this house rental
After two years of work, we are happy to welcome you to our unique cocoon in the historic center of La Roche en Ardenne with breathtaking views of the Ourthe.
Composition:
Ground floor: Very large space of 40M ² with relaxation area (bar, fridges) and play corner (kicker, mini table tennis, darts, child's corner, board games).
1st floor: Open kitchen with fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, sink). Very comfortable lounge area with tv and internet.
2nd floor: Bedroom 1 (double bed (160 x 200 cm) with Italian shower, sink. Bedroom 2 (double bed (140 x 200 cm) with walk-in shower, sink.
Bathroom.
On the 3rd floor: Bedroom 3 (double bed (160 x 200 cm) with Italian shower, sink. Bedroom 4 (double bed (160 x 200 cm) with walk-in shower, sink.
Cave: Relaxation area infrared sauna 3 people, toilets.
Possibility to store bicycles in a secure cellar with direct access to the outside.
Wifi throughout the building as well as internet connection in each room.
It is therefore an excellent idea to book our holiday home in this region of the Belgian Ardennes. If you like to stay in the heart of the historic center you will find your happiness in our cottage. And besides, you will not be bored there.
You can stay there for a weekend or a week.
The price does not include the following options:
Charges, € 15 / day from April 1st to September 30th and € 25 / day from October 1st to March 30th.
Bed linen optional at 10 € / bed
Optional bath towel at 5 € / person

Great location downtown, grocery store is literally beside the apartment. Very beautiful town, the castle is really nice. We drove to Bastonge to do some WWII sites. La Roche has was right in the middle during the battle of the the bulge. Free saunaOnly downside was that the majority of shops were closed due to tourist season being over, we stayed at the end of September. We had a hard time finding a restaurant that was open and could make food after 6pm. Kitchen is well stocked so making food in the home is easy.
