Apt is well located, perfectly, near Alimos beach, supermarket in a front, pharmacy in the same building, tram, bus, 30 min max you're at Piraeus or Acropolis.
Apt is equiped with all you need, i will not enumerate, better to go there to see by yourself, 🙂.
We recommend totally, this terrace, morning coffee looking at the sea, evening Ouzo... Magnificent!

The apartment's spaciousness is noteworthy, complemented by two bathrooms and a generously sized balcony offering glimpses of the sea and nearby streets. The attractive decor, peaceful ambiance, and impeccable cleanliness all made for a very enjoyable stay. We were pleased with our experience and would certainly consider returning.

For a family of four it was just perfect.
The location is 3 min walk to the public beach, from tram and from the Marina. The supermarket is just opposite the flat.
Spacious and special vibe.
We started every morning with the best Greek coffee at the local bakery 3 blocks away, @ Mylonas Bakery. With the lovely hospitality of the owner, Gregory (Gregorious).

Bliskość komunikacji, sklepu, restauracji oraz plaży.
Łóżko w mniejszej sypialni zdecydowanie do wymiany, na tym obecnym nie da się spać.
Pościel to jakieś narzuty zapakowane w za duże poszwy.
Metalowe krzesła na tarasie przeżarła rdza, cześć z nich nie nadaję się do użytku.
Mrówki ma blacie w kuchni pojawiają się w dużych ilościach.
Słaba komunikacja z firmą zarządzającą apartamentem.
Niewielkie inwestycje: nowe łóżko w mniejszej sypialni oraz pościel, nowe meble na tarasie, zdecydowanie podniosłyby komfort apartamentu.
