Calm and total change in this entirely renovated house located in St Cast Le Guildo.
This house is perfectly equipped:
- an open kitchen: stove with electric oven, microwave, freezer, senseo, toaster ......
- a dining room
- a large living room upstairs overlooking the Bay Fresnay and Fort La Latte.
- 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor with double beds of 160 and a bedroom upstairs with two single beds of 90.
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 WC with washbasin.
- a garage attached to the house with a washing machine.
The ground of 1000 m2 is entirely closed.
Fresnay Beach 400 meters away.
The city center is within walking distance to 1. 5km.
Come discover the Emerald Coast: many walks on the path of customs or in cities steeped in history less than 25 minutes from Saint Cast: Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo.
Youth groups are not accepted.
No animals .
Rental from Saturday to Saturday (minimum one week)
Possibility to rent linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels, tea towels): 10 € / pers / week

The house was fully equipped for a self-catering stay with baby equipment supplied. St Cast centre was a walkable distance but there was a lovely beach 10 mins away. The hosts provided all the information we needed for our stay. We had a very enjoyable stay and the area was quiet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui a été rénovée avec goût, mention spéciale pour la vue sur mer à l’étage ! En prime Stéphanie nous a réservé un très bon accueil.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à St Cast. Très jolie maison bien équipée. Le jardin est agréable avec une magnifique vue sur le Fort La Latte. Calme absolu. Centre ville accessible en 5 mn en vélo. Merci Stéphanie pour l'accueil.
