About this chalet rental
We rent our chalet of 135m2 for 9 persons with 3 double rooms and a fourth that opens on the common area on the 1st floor. Very beautiful cathedral lounge facing south. 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom and laundry room. On the first floor 3 bedrooms, one of which opens onto the common area of the first floor. Baby bed available. Bathroom with large corner bath and shower. The chalet is located at the start of the hiking and mountain biking trails but remains less than 5 minutes from Gerardmer town centre. High quality bedding and absolute calm. Heated pool from Easter if the temperature is above 15. Near 3000m2 of land around the chalet. Strategically located less than 2.5km from the skilifts which makes it much quicker to hit the slopes than if you have to take the shuttle from the city centre at peak season.

Idéalement située et dotée de tout le confort nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans votre propriété : la vue depuis la grande terrasse est magnifique et très ressourçante et nous avons pu grands comme petits profiter de la piscine chauffée! Nous recommandons vivement :)

Excellente propriété très bien située. Proche de la navette pour le ski alpin et logement située hors de la foule, proche du ski de fond, des raquettes et de la luge. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 7.

Points positifs=châlet situé à proximité de Gerardmer dans une zone calme et peu dense. Chemins de promenade directement accessibles depuis le châlet
Le châlet est grand lumineux et convenablement équipé.
La personne qui nous a accueilli était aux petits soins. Il nous a changé la bouteille de gaz vide le premier soir à plus de 21h.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au cœur des montagnes et de la nature.
Points à améliorer=il faut à mon sens investir quelques euros pour entretenir ce bien.
Rénover ou changer le revêtement de terrasse en bois (lames en mauvais état)
Acheter des rideaux ou stores occultants sur la partie haute de la baie vitrée, afin que les personnes qui dorment dans la mezzanine à l'étage, ne soient pas dérangées par le soleil le matin.
Changer les mécanismes de volet défectueux.
Réparer la vmc dans la salle de bain qui était très bruyante et que nous avons dû couper manuellement chaque nuit.
Faire l'appoint en couverts tasses et assiettes (3 tasses à café pendant notre séjour).
La table à manger est plus adaptée à un groupe de 6 personnes que de 8. Acheter 2 ou 3 vraies chaises supplémentaires afin que tout le monde puisse s'asseoir convenablement. Acheter un ou 2 fauteuil pour le côté salon afin que tout le monde puisse profiter de cet espace.
Bref investissez pour que ce châlet ressemble davantage aux belles photos prises il y a quelques années et que le prix demandé soit totalement légitime.
