In a very small family building, a sunny and very quiet apartment, on two floors joined by an internal staircase. A bedroom and a bathroom and a huge terrace ... on each floor. (80 square meters outside) The common areas, ie the American kitchen and the living room are on the 4th floor. Impeccable condition, renovated.
No need to water the plants, there is an automatic watering. There are books and toys for children as well as childcare equipment available on site (cot).
