Possibility to make your own tea or coffee (or even do some cooking) - access to fridge and freezer. Walking distance to city center and the harbour with restaurants, cafés and shops.

The guest house is a hut in the backyard in a very quiet neighbourhood. It is an intimate little place which is fine for couples. Due to weather conditions we spent quite some time inside and played cards and watched TV on the provided smart TV. The host is providing Netflix access, if you don't have your own.
Andreas was very accommodating and helpful. A faulty light bulb was replaced after we reported it.
The bathroom is very small and it takes a bit for the water to drain after a shower.
The fridge is located nearby and while it is not a big issue to have to leave the room in order to get something from it, you have to walk through the garden, dragging in some dirt. Providing a broom to remove dirt would be great.
Finally we would have loved some additional pillows to allow us to transform the bed into a couch, so we could watch TV together more comfortably.

handy location
warm water ran out showering very quickly, not great when washing long hair. Apartment was humid, uncomfortable to sleep there.
Didn’t have a towel to stand on after showering.
