We stayed in the "mobile home" not in the main house. The accommodation was clean, well maintained and very private. After meeting the host at the front of the house she will give you directions to get to the back of the house. You drive through a field with a mowed path to get to the "mobile home" which was a beautiful way to enter.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals every day. We ate outside in the garden many times. The accommodation is located in it's own private garden behind the main house and bordering a field. The pool is a couple of metres away through a gate. and had plenty of chairs/loungers.
The host was very kind and helpful - although my wife does speak fluent French which helped. We had a great few days and it was a perfect location to explore Dijon, Dole, Beaune. There is a major supermarket about 7 minutes down the road.
I think there was a slight confusion with the word "hot-tub" on the listing. In England I think this means something different (like a separate hot-tub/jacuzzi). In essence it was a lower bit in the main pool where you can sit and the host turns on the bubbles. See photo. It probably get's hotter because the water is shallower perhaps? Other than that small confusion we had a perfect stay and would recommend.

Clean, nice french-style breakfast with homemade yam etc.
We had booked a room with twin beds via booking.com, but at the property they only had a 160 double bed. There was a single bed inside our room (packed together in a corner), but this could apperently not be used as the missing bed. Instead, after requesting an extra bed, the owner found us a mattress and a sleeping bag (and removed 1 of the 2 pillows from the double bed). We left the property after 1 night (we had paid for two nights). Besides this, the rooms were hot at night and had no fans, there were trains driving by all night, the walls are very thin and we could hear the other guests, check-inn is very late (17.30), the pool can only be used between 8-10 am and 18-22 pm according to the rules on the room doors.
