This is a modern, newly renovated apartment in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The bedroom has a large double bed. As you can see in the pictures probable, durchäuft a "green" thread "the entire apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle and all cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a hair dryer.
Of course, bed and table linen, towels bath towels and tea towels included.
For entertainment, a 81cm LCD flat screen TV with cable connection provides.
The apartment is 38 square meters and Besht of a living dining room a bedroom and a bathroom. Bedroom and living room have access to the balcony with stunning Gro0en Blich to the entire Wettersteinmassiv.- One of the many highlights of the house!
The rooms are very spacious and bright.
Living room and bedroom is ausgestattett with laminate floors, it is ideal especially for dust allergy sufferers.
Access to WiFi is also available.
Tobogganing: On Eckbauer is a wonderful toboggan run, the mountain offers once a night toboggan evening (floodlit) a week. Eckbauer and mountain are easily reachable by train. The St.-Martin lodge is within a 40 minute hike, there awaits you magnificent view of Garmisch and a rapid toboggan ride into the valley.
Cycling: Throughout Werdenfelser country to open up to you to cycle different possibilities. Be it with the ordinary bike on the many trails in the valley or on the numerous mountain bike trails on one of the hosted mountain huts (guided tours). Even with the bike you can take 'blue land' memorable outings direction. The nearby lakes (Staffelsee Riegsee. Frog Hausener lake) invite you to swim. We will gladly arrange rental bikes.

Mein Mann und ich waren drei Wochen in der 'grünen' Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schöne, saubere Wohnung in bester Lage. Gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig und mit tollem Blick in die Berge. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Herzliche Grüße aus Düsseldorf

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat nichts gefehlt 😊 Auch die Lage ist super. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ich war sehr zufrieden, mindestens genauso schoen wie auf den Bildern. Toller Bergblick von Balkon und den Zimmern. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und meine Zeit dort sehr genossen. Alle Absprachen haben super und unkompliziert geklappt. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.
