Spacious Apartment Iris, Flaine Foret

Spacious, warm apartment. Proximity to ski lifts was ok. Quiet apartment with a fabulous private view from the lounge and balcony. So nice to watch the sunrise. Good fast WiFi in the apartment. Great to have a dishwasher. And so nice to have tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, a bottle of Prosecco and a bottle of Perrier water provided! Plenty of towels too!

Crockery was old and insufficient. Just a very basic TV - no English channels- not a modern Internet TV which would have been welcomed. Ancient DVDs provided- those that came free with the News of the World 30 years ago and nobody ever watched. All the DVDs should go to the old DVD cemetery in the sky. Provide an Internet TV so that your clients can enjoy their subscriptions (Netflix!) if they want. Small cost to add to the rental - pennies? Mattresses were uncomfortable. Matress topper on the double bed was thin and a bit lumpy. Mattresses on the bunk beds were uncomfortable.

Great location in Flaine, short walk to the slopes and shops. Nice and quiet and clean. Good contact prior to arrival, easy to arrive late at night, and nice touch of coffee pods and prosecco to welcome us. Spacious living room and well equipped kitchen.

One of the mattresses in the bunk bed room wasn’t comfortable at all, but fortunately there was a z-bed we could put up in the living room. Otherwise the place could do with a little bit of TLC in places but overall we still had a good time due to the great location and peace and quiet.

Clean, arrival pack was fantastic, communication with Emily was great, use of ski locker was brilliant.

All was good

Handy location. Spacious flat, well equipped.

The flat could do with redecorating.
