About this chalet rental
The chalet "LA CHAUMIERE" is located 300m from the center of the village of Saint Paul in Chablais, in a quiet residential area, with a small lake and mountain view.
Brand new chalet of 2018, wooden frame, with larch cladding.
The interior is a harmony of thermo-brushed paneling, facing stone and painted walls.
Very bright thanks to these many openings and its large picture window, you will have large pleasant rooms, and a mountain corner (reading, extra room)
A modern bathroom with quality materials.
At the ground floor :
- Entrance with cupboard.
- Bathroom with large shower, suspended toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- Living room
Upstairs :
- sleeping area with double sofa bed
- master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed
- children's room with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed.
Regarding PRICING
Outside the holiday period, the proposed rate is fixed for a maximum of 2 people. Beyond this, a flat rate of € 10 per additional person per day will be applied.
Housework
The cleaning must be done by the vacationers before their departure.
It is possible to request the additional cleaning service. Contact me to know the conditions.
Bail
A deposit of 500 € is requested on arrival, not cashed and returned on departure depending on the condition of the accommodation.
Household linen
Pillows and duvets are provided

Ein schönes, ruhig gelegenes Holzhaus. Für einen Familienurlaub gut geeignet. In Fußweite gibt es alles was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht.
Von Saint-Paul-en-Chablais aus ist man mit dem Auto schnell am See und auch schnell bei den Wanderstrecken in Bernex.
Für Kinder (5-8) geeignete Wander-Rundtouren zufinden war schwierig. Mit der Seilbahn in Thollon (fährt nicht jeden Tag) auf de Grat und dann zum Pic de Memises war beeindruckend. Da die Saison wohl erst Mitte/Ende Juni los geht, waren die Hütten/Chalets die wir besucht hatten noch geschlossen.

Un séjour des plus agréables dans ce chalet neuf de Saint Paul. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, jusqu'aux nombreux livres et jouets enfants à disposition dans une chambre. La terrasse avec le barbecue achèvent ce très beau cadre. Chaise bébé, literie très confortable, ustensiles divers... difficile d'apporter une critique négative. Enfin, merci à Mathilde pour son accueil et ses conseils.
