Very clean. The hotel is modern and newer than other hotels in that neighborhood. The restaurant has a limited menu for dinner, but other hotels don't even offer dinner, so I always order soup and a drink.
They have discontinued the shuttle to/from the airport!!!! But, a secret tip, you can walk to the neighboring hotel NH (next door) and buy a ticket for their shuttle, which is what I did.

For the Frankfurt standart, itvwas quite close to the airport.

Not too clean. We had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned.

The room is clean. The design of the room is pleasant and efficient.
If you expect no service, just a room to stay and not much of human connection then you will be satisfied.
There is no friendliness from the receptionists what so ever.
I arrived an hour early after a long drive.
As I walked in, there is no greetings what soever.
The lady receptionist, Evelyn was there, but she was like a robot, or human without expresion.
When I approach to ask if early checkin was possible, she simply said check in is 2 PM.
Then later when I asked if I could use the toilet. She said: THERE IS NO TOILET
Can you believe that a hotel has no public toilet.
When I saw another lady came out of the office I asked if she was a manager, and I told her that i had a long drive and your receptionist mentioned that there is no toilet in this hotel other than in the room that I could not use till I check in.
She allowed me to use employee's toilet. She explained that the toilet was under construction.
I was in the first floor, there was no human noise however the sound of running water as if someone was taking a shower from above the floor was constant, 24 hours!
I stayed there for only 16 hours. One night room for $140 (US Dollar) is pretty expensive)
I did mentioned to the young manager that this is the most unfriendly HOLIDAY INN I have experience
Besides the car rental experience, I concluded that that service in Germany became very robotic. The human became very much like a robot.
I did tell the very young manager, Angel, about the two receptionists, Evelyn and Gabriel who acted totally like robots, he backed them up by saying of the stress they are going through. He did gave me a complimentary beverage. But did not think that a hotel is a "hospitality" business. For $140 per night, I expect a little bit of human hospitality.
