ALKINOI Apartment borders with only one flat on the 1st floor below and it has a private entrance.
Our apartment provides you with all the necessary amenities and safety means as Emergency lights, Smoke and CO Detectors, a Card switch electricity saver, Furniture covers for the kids, Veranda safety gate for children.
On your request we can arrange a cleaning service each alternate day during your stay.

A space of 100 m2 consists of 2 fully furnished bedrooms (one of them has a king size bed, the other one- 2 single beds & a sofa bed or a super king size & a sofa bed on your request), open plan living room with a fireplace-dining area-kitchen fully equipped, a sofa bed and a bathroom.Veranda with views, (2) private free parking spots, convenient shops within 100m.A bus stop with a frequent direct connection to Corfu center and beautifull beaches is 80 m.away.
The property is central located in a quite area, on the Top second floor, 3km. from the airport, 4km. from Corfu town center, 5km. from the port, 4km. from ACHILION PALACE & MON REPO PALACE. Popular place PONTIKONISI - KANONI with a beach, cafes, restaurants and beautiful views is in a driving distance of 5 min.The nightclubs & the old town is in a distance of 4km.
Property's Location makes the Apartment ideal for using it as a base for daily excursions to the most popular attractions and beautiful beaches, providing you the advantage of an easy driving access, reaching the south & west beach resorts which are in distance 7-20km.away, the north part of the island and the old town avoiding the traffic & parking problems of the center. The property holds two (2) free private parking spots for your cars.

Driving distance to popular beaches "Glyfada", " Kontos Gialos", "Paleokastritsa", "Dasia", " Agios Gordios", "Benitses", "Moraitika" is 15-20min and to the popular Water Park AQUALAND is 15 min. Greek Tavernas STAMATIS, TO POULI TSI KOTAS, TRIPAS , FLISVOS are close in a driving distance 5 min.
The main road E.O KERKIRAS-ACHILIOU passes by, approximately 100m. from the back side of Apartment's building. So, there are all the convenient shops such as: Supermarket, Grocery, Cafeteria, Pizza restaurant, Bakery, Grill room, Gas station, Pharmacy, within a walking distance of 100m. Spacious and clean property with lots of amenities. The apartment is in a good location away from the main road and a short journey into Corfu town. Spiros, the owner, is extremely helpful and always available to ensure your holiday is enjoyable.

Wir fühlten uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen in der Wohnung von Spiros, die alles hatte, was in der Anzeige beschrieben ist.
Spiros ist der perfekte Gastgeber, der sich ganz auf die Anforderungen seiner Gäste einstellt. Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert und hat uns gut gefallen. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal für die Erkundung der Insel mit einem Mietwagen.
