About this house rental
A country living beach house with plenty of room located on the west end that’s 5 miles from the Seawall. This beautiful house is equipped with 5 bedrooms (with a 2-bed trundle in the downstairs living space), 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 20 guests. 2 acres of land is available to each renter. There is an access road to drive on the beach, a heated pool to die for, 3 BBQ Pits, a NEW playground in the backyard, and 2 Incredible kitchens to cook your favorite family meals. There is a laundry room located on the second floor, and televisions in each room with cable/WIFI access throughout the house. The house also has an elevator for freight and handicap accessibility. For the safety of our host and guest we have installed security cameras and noise monitoring system “ONLY” in the common areas OUTSIDE the property.

Rosalind was very accomodating and the 25 people thoroughly enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. There was plenty of room to roam and we appreciated being off the beaten path.

Great! Mrs. Brooks was very responsive and had a solution to all my questions! The house has been updated a bit since my family and I last stayed in 2022. We were very appreciative of that! Overall a great experience!

We drove in from far & arrived at 2:30 at the location to see where the place was & as we arrived a lady was there and a bit rude yelled out that check in was not till past 4 pm and added the comment of unless you going to pay extra. So, it was not a warm welcome & to only come back at 4 pm and read the house rules that read that check in was at 3 pm. It was contradicting & already a sour taste to our start of our trip.
The internet did not work and we were not able to use the tv's or the internet. The towels were a bit smelly as some of the pillows. It stated it had a heated pool, but it was not heated, it was cold- and no directions on how to work the heat on it.
It did have an elevator that worked and was very useful to carry our luggage up to the rooms. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. We were a small group of 6 that ended up staying so it was perfect space to accommodate everyone.
