The apartment is very clean, new, quiet and had everything we needed. Mario made an excellent restaurant recommendation. It feels removed from the city, but is really just a short stroll to the waterfront.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and a third person can sleep on couch in comfort. The well equipped kitchen and bathroom provided everything we needed. The apartment was close to restaurants, grocery stores, public transit, and only ten minutes walking from the riva and old city. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment was quiet and secure.The clothes washer and clothes line were very convenient and the apartment had good a/c. The apartment was located on floor above ground level so not too many stairs.

Mario’s place was a great choice for our first time to Split. It was modern, clean, and offered everything we needed during our stay. Also, its proximity to the city center was perfect. It was a quick, easy walk away. Mario himself was great. He met us when we arrived to give us the keys and to even show us our parking spot. He was very responsive up to and throughout the stay.

Apartment was really clean and comfortable. Mario is such a nice host. The area is quiet and close to the old town. Only a short walk of 5 mins to the city center and the beach, you'll sleep also good in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.
