Great location, friendly staff, newly refurbished, good value for money.
On the second night of our stay there were children running around the hotel until 2am (screaming, laughing, running up and down the stairs and slamming doors), we were unable to sleep through this and the staff didn’t do anything about it. There were also quite a few ants in our room when we first checked in.

Very nice room with a balcony, we had a good rest in confortable beds. Bathroom was nice too. We did not use the kitchen part of the room. Staff was nice and we felt safe.
Parking can be tricky as it is not big and can be quickly crowded.

It was clean and the location was close to the city center, markets and beaches.
The owner is kind and welcoming person.
No house rules. People from the neighboring room were making noises, kids were screaming and running in the hallway after 00:00.
Also there was no hot water in the mornings which is a bit frustrating.
