Lovely, quiet, peaceful home and neighborhood. Close to shopping, 675, and yellow springs. Perfect location. Really enjoyed my stay, and would stay again, definatly! House was clean, nicely appointed, for a great stay. Thank you Jean

The home was very comfortable and spacious. Everyone had a great time and we had zero issues. Our host was very responsive to questions and things went smoothly all around.

Positives: Neighborhood felt safe and was close to highways and downtown. Jean was responsive via text and phone. Backyard seemed nice but we didn’t use as it was February.
Opportunities for improvement: The house is seriously dated and in need of improvements. The flooring is the cheapest vinyl and doesn’t look “finished” properly in some areas. The furniture is dated (there is even an outdoor glider as one of the couches in the living area).
Overall, just temper your expectations. I was surprised as most reviews I read didn’t touch on the downsides. I expect my rentals to look like the owners spent the time and money to make it but Jean’s does not. I will give her high marks for communication. We had an issue (blood on a comforter). She was quick to respond.
