About this apartment rental
2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in the remarkable Sugar Top high rise building. Fantastic ski slope views and facility features an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, and fitness room. Owner has added an air purification system in this property, as previous neighbors in a nearby unit were smokers. This was the situation mentioned in older reviews and is no longer an issue.
Your 8th floor condo will provide unforgettable views whether you're overlooking the ski slopes in winter or miles and miles of foliage during the rest of the year. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the condo has flatscreen tvs. The homeowner has thoughtfully provided a freestanding air conditioner unit for your comfort. (only available in summer months)
Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater, due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .

Loved Sugar Top condo. View was amazing! Reservation experience was excellent and condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and baths were outdated but were very clean. Overall loved it!!

Great for families , thanks to pool, hot tub and sauna- the amenities were a great enhancement of our skiing trip. In the winter months beyter 4 wheel drive car.

The room was nice and the view was great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub downstairs as well. The room definitely smells like smoke tho. Front desk told us the neighbors are smokers and so if that would bother you, I’d probably pick another room. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay

tv in guest bedroom was not working. Maintenance was very slow to respond to my request. A few light bulbs were not working either. A call was made upon entering the room and now one responded until after late the second day.
