Location and proximity to beach and shops
Some noise from bars in evening as the apartment is above the bars.

Good location and beautiful apartment. Clean and tidy, very well appointed.
Extremely bad drain smell which came into apartment but was mainly in communal part. Stairs need cleaning more than once a week.

The apartment was on an excellent position and was relatively quiet. It was beautifully warm but the windows did not open it could be hot in summer.
On arrival there was no hot water, which required a plumber. The instructor the microwave was for a different model and the numbers were hard to read. There were no instructions for the oven or tv. The tv stopped working and had to be replaced.
