Delightful cozy, bright and newly renovated attic with a large terrace equipped with a gazebo.
There is an elevator in the building.
The apartment consists of a bedroom furnished with wardrobe, bedside tables, drawers and 28 "LED TV, living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, 40" led TV; the kitchen is complete with fridge, oven, pots, coffee machine, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery; private bathroom with shower.
Accommodation equipped with free wi-fi, cold / hot air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels.
The accommodation is located in a comfortable and quiet area just 5 minutes from the North Lido station, from which you can reach the excavations of Ostia Antica with just one stop and in half an hour the center of Rome.
The sea can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes.
Within walking distance are the market, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital, banks and churches.

What a beautiful escape this little apartment was! We loved its peace and tranquility. Ostia is a fantastic place to escape from the busy hubbub of Rome and this apartment didn’t disappoint. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment size was just right for my husband and myself. While the shower water temperature fluctuated, being on the top floor more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
The best feature of all is the lovely terrace garden which makes one feel like you are living in another world. The plants, the seating, and the amazing quiet were exactly what we needed after days of full of travel into the city. We discovered the local outdoor market – just a block away from the northwest side of the apartment building - on our last day and fell in love with all the vendors and fresh merchandise. Everything from fantastic meats, seafood, cheese, bread, and locally grown produce can be purchased at the market and make for a wonderful home-cooked meal in this lovely holiday home. Antonella was extremely accommodating, and we were so grateful.
The apartment is situated about 8 blocks from La stazione di Lido di Ostia Centro. Transportation to and from FCO and into Rome can be secured there. Overall, everything was extremely convenient, quiet, and safe. This is my third trip to Rome, and I will always stay in Ostia when I return again. It’s a wonderful, safe-feeling, and quiet community. I can’t recommend Antonella’s apartment enough!

Apartment was perfect, close enough to beach and to Rail to Rome. Being in Residential Area meant eating with locals which was lovely. It would have been helpful to have some recommendations for local restaurants but thanks to Trip Advisor we found some local, inexpensive restaurants that were top notch.
The roof top space was lovely to relax in, could not fault the apartment.

Par contre ni torchon pour la vaisselle ni draps pour le canapé convertible et ma fille adulte a dû supporter mes ronflements

This is my second time renting this apartment and it could not be more perfect. Clean, well equipped and as a bonus, a huge terrace right off the kitchen.
Antonella is wonderful to work with and very helpful.
I have rented other units in the area, but none as nice as this one.
30 minutes by train to central Rome and 10 minute walk to the shoreline.
Bakery, fruit market, meat/ cheese store all within a block. It just doesn’t get any better!
