Our house is located near Figeac the garden is fenced, it is ideal for a couple with children, for hikers and people who love the sights but also the quiet. It has an equipped kitchen which gives on the terrace, 3 rooms reads double, possibility reads bb, 1séjour dining room with connection Wifi, 1 bathroom and 1 TOILET. The living space is 134 M2, a garage of 35 M2 all of full feet. Access to the pool is through a door that is at the rear of the garage which makes it inaccessible from the outside and without vis-à-vis. To discover: the town of Figeac at 10 minutes, its museum Champollion, its streets, its Saturday morning market and the night markets during the summer. Rocamadour at 1h00 Saint-Cirq-Lapopie at 1h10 Conques at 50 minutes Chasm Padirac at 1h00 Cahors and its bridge Valentré at 1h00

Accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la grandeur de la maison, la fonctionnalité des pièces, les extérieurs... La piscine est parfaite. Les enfants étaient très heureux. Notre séjour a donc été très agréable car l' occasion nous a été également offerte de profiter d'un très grand calme non loin des attractions de la ville de Figeac. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter le Lot et l’Aveyron.

Très belle maison avec une vue splendide.
Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et à notre écoute. Ils vous conseillent sur les visites à faire.
La maison est très bien située, proche des grandes villes et près des grands sites touristiques.
La maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle avec des électroménagers au top.
La piscine est chauffée ce qui est très appréciable. Les transats sont très confortables.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons la maison.
